Intimate and friendly. Close to the centre. Sophia the manager immediately moved us when we had a problem in our room. Staff very obliging and our requests were met with a willing attitute.
Terrible noise in bathroom pipes kept us awake all night, but we were moved the next day. Didn't realise the rooftop pool was so tiny - just a plunge pool. Fresh fruit not supplied for breakfast, but was served when we requested it.

Although daunting when arriving as it is located up a blind alley, once the large entry door is opened it exposes a haven of tranquility. The atmosphere is very Morrocan and the manager speaks 4/5 languages very well. We were the only English guests but in a Riad you quickly mix with the French and Spanish co-habitees. The room was air conditioned which is very necessary as the temperature outside was 37 degrees. The Riad was a pleasant 10 minutes walk from the main square and the Souks where all life can be experienced.

Tucked away down a quiet alley, this hotel is centrally located close to many places of interest. the room I stayed in was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a super spacious bathroom. the hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained, with a lovely rooftop view of the city.
Some of the amenities, like the wifi and hot water, were weak or nonexistent, which detracted from my overall experience.

Rustic yet charming place, with a helpful and polite host. Unique breakfast with thin crumpets, special fig preserve, and a peanut butter-like spread. Peaceful location near bustling streets and souks. Attentive and kind staff made it feel like a home away from home.
